Mining Engineers Alex Parkes and Adrian Jackson in Adit level at Laxey. Both Graduated at the Camborne school of Mines in Cornwall Between 1988 and 1992. Alex later went on to work as an Engineer at a mine in Australia. The lads have been involved in all aspects of mining since joining the Mines Group in 2001. The light from a Laser glances past the camera as the two Engineers prepare to check levels in the Adit.
