Lady Isabella viewed from the south east.

A marvel of 19th century engineering and one of the four corner stones of  heritage on the Isle of Man.

Built in 1854 and successor to the smaller 40 ft wheel which was sited just behind, she ran true and silently for eighty years with little trouble.

Restored in 1970 by the Isle of Man Government, visitors can still visit and view this masterpiece from the galleries and top platform.
